Parked.com is one of my favorite parking programs. They have unique templates and offer the option to customize your page including video! There are tons of templates and endless color choices. Sometimes there seems to be too many choices. In reality there can never be enough choices. The control panel is easy to use and fast to setup your domains.

Parked offers instant approval, this is nice if you are just starting and only have a few domains. Many other parking companies require a minimum number of domains (50 or more) in your portfolio.

With Parked.com your have the ability to add custom content, titles and Meta tags. I have a neat meta tag generator here Meta Tag Generator.

Another unique feature is that Parked pays twice a month. You can get also get paid via Paypal (if you have a Paypal accout). Parked has statistics that are updated every fifteen minutes. You will get an estimate of the click value for the first 48 hours. From what I’ve heard parked is best for domains with North American (US and Canada) based traffic.

Parked uses a Yahoo based advertising feed. They also feature auto optimization of your parked pages. What this means is; as visitors click on your links, Parked updates the links based on your traffic. They see what links are relevant and update the page with similar links. Depending on you traffic it may take a little time but you should see an increase in clicks as the page optimizes.

Another advantage to using Parked.com is they allow arbitrage. Arbitrage is not for the inexperienced. It works like this; you park a domain at Parked.com, then you start an ad campaign using Google Adwords. You bid on low priced keywords and make sure your site has all high paying links. At parked you have the ability to remove keywords to get just the links you want. Then you wait for the traffic to come via Adwords. Arbitrage requires a through knowledge of keywords and site design for maximum clicks. Remember you don’t have firm stats on your clicks for 48 hours. However for those who are experienced, arbitrage can make them thousands on a single campaign.
